I had not been to Cindy’s for at least 3 + years; however, my recent visit was exceptional. I am so proud of the updated salon. The service was great and the environment clean and freshI am so proud of Cindy and the staff.

the last picture is what i asked for but all pink and i got this they are super chunky and not shaped good the guy that works there is the one who did them i have gone there multiple times before and have gotten cindy and jocy to do them before and i was more than happy with them but not this time!!

I got a full acrylic set and I got them stiletto shaped however there wasn’t an apex and sadly I didn’t notice until it was causing pain on my nail beds because of lack of support. Would definitely be an easy fix had noticed when I was initially getting them done. They turned out very pretty and I loved them until they started to hurt. I came back 2 days later and they were more than happy to help me problem solve so I could still keep the nails. We ended up trimming them down. They were very friendly and accommodating.

I made the mistake of taking my mom here for a Mother’s Day pedicure, had to turn our own chairs on, they were clearly annoyed that we wanted gel on our toes? First and last time to this ‘nail salon’.

I love Cindy’s. They have the biggest selection of polish and the service is pretty good. Never had a problem with workers, with the polish, or the nails. I even get my eyebrows waxed here. I have absolutely zero complaints. Don’t know what the other reviews are about but I would totally recommend it.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueFill-in was ok however I got regular polish, sat there under the lamp for around 15 minutes. When my polish didn’t dry, 8 hours later was still sticky I went back up there (thinking I just got a bad thing of nail polish not a big deal) they wanted to charge me because I wouldn’t put the same stuff back on my nails. I loved the color and hated to change it but didn’t want to take a chance on it not drying again. He then tried to convince me to do gel polish which unfortunately peels of my nails after I told him it really didn’t do well on my nails he then told me he was charging me because it wasn’t his fault the polish didn’t dry (I absolutely agree that it isn’t his fault. I’ve started going to Cindy’s when they opened and have never had any problems with pedis, manicures or waxing. Cindy has become more than just an owner…a friend who will actually talk to you & listen to what you are wanting. All of the staff are very nice and do a fantastic job.

I have only gotten a pedicure maybe 5 times in my entire life and I thought Cindys Nails was great at first but boy was I wrong. I got fungus on both big toenails. I am so mad. I can’t believe I paid for this and the place is dirty. Do not go there.

Absolutely great staff and cozy place. They are very accommodating and listen to your wants and needs. My wife and I enjoy every visit. We cannot wait to go back. Best nail salon in Gardendale.
