I’ve been going to Cindy’s Nails for over 20 years. I moved to Clarkston 5 years ago and still make the trip to Conyers to get my nails done regularly. Cindy and the rest of her staff are always friendly and professional. If closing time is 7:00 and someone shows up at 7:01 Cindy will take care of them without question. She makes sure every customer is satisfied.

I have been to several nail salons and this is by far the worst! Never had a fungus on my toes ever before. And since I got my feet done there I’ve developed fungus on my toenails. They trimmed them too short and caused a ingrown as well. My boyfriend has something going on with his feet as well, we went together. They are overly priced as well. Don’t waste your money! Going to cost you a podiatrist appointment!!

I will give this establishment a perfect score because I’ve been going here for years and the staff is always friendly and happy and they care about customer service. Cindy is the owner, and I just love her. She sets the tone in her place for a happy environment, and she always takes care of her customers extremely well. She always gives customers water if they need it, and I get a Christmas gift every year from them. I have a cough (not covid), and they even give me cough supplements when I go there. They have become like part of my family. They even came to my home to do my nails during the height of the pandemic when everything was on lockdown. I love Cindy and her staff!…I have never been to a nailshop that was friendlier and more customer service oriented than this place!

I had one of the gentlemen that did SNS. It was the worst I have ever had. Throughout the process I told him flaws that I noticed and although he attempted to fix them, they were still lumpy and spaces of color missing. They didn’t last me 1 week as they snagged on everything. I won’t be back do to the work itself. The atmosphere was friendly and inviting.
