I went in for a pedicure and during my pedicure the guy cut off my cuticles and painted over my bleeding toes (I could not believe he painted over my blood and put the contaminated polish back for continued use with other customers… makes you wonder how many other times this has happened). All I wanted to do was go home and disinfect my feet. Cindy told me they would give me a $5 discount for the “cuts” but still charged me full price. Shortly after my toe started to look infected, when I went to the doctor I was told I had a staph infection and the nail would no longer grow because of the damage that was done… he was right, it didn’t grow and abscess formed and my nail needed to be removed. I will never go back to Cindy’s Nails nor would I recommend it to others. Save yourself the hundreds of dollars in medical bills.

Many people recommended this place and I went there for the first time today and they now have a new customer!! What a breath of fresh air just walking in the place!!! It is beautifully decorated very clean and Cindy did an awesome job on my nails and Tina gave me one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had!! The only thing I regret is not trying this place sooner!

I called after hours expecting to leave a voicemail and not only was my call answered, but I was scheduled for the next day. The salon is in a good location with streetside parking and an abundant (and free) lot around the corner.

UPDATE: Was there for a fill recently. Cindy was out of town. Decided to get a French gel manicure. The manicurist did not put any type of curve on the white portion of the polish. Filing was square and not uniform in filing. Nail broken within one week. If you do not see Cindy, do not waste your money.
