Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI really wanted to like this place. Inside the salon, everyone was wicked friendly and helpful. However, the service just was not quality. I called days in advance and made an appointment for 4:30. Day of the appointment I was called and told to come in at 3:30, even though I said that that time was not convenient to me. When I got there at the time they wanted me there, I waited until 4 to be seen. The pedicure was great, the staff was friendly. I had a full set of acrylic nails put on by Cindy. She talked me into gel polish for an additional price, promising it would be weeks before I needed a refill. They looked great while she was doing them, however she did not push my cuticle back before starting so the nails sit about 1/4” away from my actual cuticle line. This was on Friday, when I called on Monday to say that a few of my nails were put on a bit too forward, I was told that my nails had grown that much in three days.
