The services here is so horrible and last time I went, there was blood, fainting, puking, lost of vision, and lost of hearing. I felt so horrible after this and I never want to come back to this place! The lady didn’t want to do anything and did a complete different acrylic sets that she wanted and didn’t want to do the set I had asked for. She thought that my real nail was my acrylic and kept cutting off my real nail 6-7 times and it started bleeding like heck!! I was losing my vision and my hearing. I faint of pain and blood, I was getting very very sick and and started throwing up to the closest sink I could get to so didn’t make as huge of a mess. Before I was going to pass out she handed me gloves to clean the puke while I couldn’t see anything. Then she told me that next time I throw up somewhere else but clearly the sink was closest and I couldn’t do anything much. After a while and gaining back my vision and hearing, she didn’t put the time and effort to straitened the nails and it was off to the side. Then I picked the colors I wanted and she didn’t want to do those colors so she had me choose colors I absolutely hated. Then when the lady was almost done with the acrylics I was almost crying but I was holding my tears and anger of how much this lady didn’t care and also the fact that she was distracted by the tv and wasn’t paying at all attention to me. She made me Pay $55 Dollars for nothing. I hope no one has to go through this like I had to!

I Have stopped getting my nails done due to the fact that they were never done right and the poor customer service I had always seem to have received. After coming to Cindy’s, I can say have found my new nail technician and I will be back every two weeks! She also does waxing and lashes, with such reasonable and affordable prices.

My fiancé and I were looking for a relaxing activity in Cottonwood on a Sunday. We called a few other salons before Cindy’s but I’m glad that the other salons did not have availability because Cindy’s was great. We chose an upgraded pedicure package to really pamper ourselves and it was totally worth it, the strawberry sugar scrub smelled great and felt great. Nails were done as I asked. You don’t usually get that. I did not receive any attitude when I made a request. She was very pleasant, chatty. She had family visiting and when they spoke in their native language she was polite enough to tell me what they were talking about (she was answering questions they had about nails and the process). I really appreciated that as usually nail techs will just talk to each other and leave you hanging. I enjoyed my visit and even bought a couple small bracelets.
