Critical: ProfessionalismThe man basically ranted about Americans being unhealthy and obese and singled my friend out as if she was offended because of her weight and apologized to her but pointed it out like three times. .She left before her pedicure and I was already halfway through my set and I felt so awkward and did not get my pedicure, either.Her sister even called the salon to complain about how rude that was and they just said sorry and that’s it.I also wanted short, rounded nails and by the end he realized he didn’t do what I wanted and asked if I wanted him to fix it, but I just wanted to get out of there as fast as I could, my friend was just sitting outside at that point.He also mentioned after I said I don’t get nails often that he didn’t understand the point of getting them.I still paid, way too much, for a terrible experience.I usually love them, but it felt so rushed and felt like such a negative attitude. Even though they apologized , I don’t think that was enough. I’d like to go back and get my nails fixed, but I don’t think it’s worth it, now.My cuticles look terrible, too.
