I felt like the guy was rushing through my pedicure. I didn’t really get to enjoy it. His foot rub was maybe 30 secs. Also whatever he put on my feet burned…. Probably because he filed the skin along with my toenails. Noticed when I got home that he never cleaned the nail polish off my skin. I wish I read the reviews before I went here. Totally waste of $…. Also they make you pay in cash

I used to be really loyal to this salon but I’m not going back anymore- it’s been going down hill the past 4-5 times I’ve gone. They are passively rude and seem like I’m inconveniencing them because I walked in. They insist you use their ATM and pay cash even though they have a card machine set up. The ATM machine charged an initial $2 fee and then took more money out of my bank account that night. I do like my nails but they won’t do more than painting them one solid color.

Critical: QualityI went here last night to have my eyebrows done which came out very good by the women who did them. I did end up getting a gel manicure as well which was not good. The nailpolish was all over my skin on the side of my fingers. As you can see in the pictures below some nailpolish is up higher then the rest and the clear coat was all missed along the sides of my nails. I called today and the women said I should have said something last night about this. I told her the man who did my nails put oil and lotion all over them so they were super shinny and that I did not realize how bad it was until I got home and washed it all off my hands. I was picking nail polish off the sides of my fingers. For both services it was 50 dollars. However when I called today the women did tell me I could come back in this week Tuesday to have them redone she said she has nothing sooner because of staffing. I did appreciate that, but I will not be going back there. Very accommodating. Very friendly. Everyone there is patient and works with you on what you want. The business itself is exceptionally clean and well maintained, and tastefully decorated. Definately my new place to go for my nails. The only reason I didn’t give it all 5 stars is because I haven’t experienced ALL their services, but plan to…. I’m sure they will exceed my expectations. Thank you for making my daughter upset that you called her mother cheap because I wouldn’t upgrade our nails to gel. The guy got nasty with my daughter told her to pay attention when getting a paper towel. Also for the $$ our nails and toes look awful.

These are pictures of my (ugly) toes from my pedicure on Wednesday. All but 1 of my nails are chipping off already. And the bandaid? It’s because i got cut badly and have been soaking it in peroxide and putting Neosporin on hoping it won’t turn out to be infected. The girl, Sha, was pleasant but this is really a pitiful job.
