I went in today, a Saturday afternoon and they immediately greeted me and took me in. The man in the front did exactly what I asked which was a stiletto shape acrylic gel. Not very good. Had appointments for Wife – manicure and toe polish. Myself- pedicure. I was finished and they hadn’t even started my wife. We had other appointments so had to leave. That’s what appointments are for!!! Need to find a new place.

Critical: QualityPedicure was perfect. Manicure started out in a lighter shade i questioned her she said its the same turns out 3 shades lighter. Out comes one of the owners speaking in her language & slaps on a messy coat of the correct color & says ok problem solved! Never asked me what I wanted to do to fix this situation! Very unprofessional, never apologized for the mistake only said this is manufacturer fault. Needless to say i have never dealt with such poor quality of service ever!!! This was the most unprofessional service that I have ever received!!! First the man said come in and have a seat than he spoke in there language and some women came out gave me a hand jester to give Her my hands.. never saying a word, she started taking off gel polish with machine left most on, than left than the man came back and put my fingers in foil.. than he left and the same lady came back took my hands and removed the rest of polish, mind you never saying a word! She started to clean under my nails and the pain shot right threw my arm.. I pulled back and checked to see if there was blood, she never once said she was sorry or any apology for her rudeness!!! I made a commit it’s obvious your having a bad day her response was a grunt… I should of stopped right there but I had to get my nail fixed.. she was rushed no communication no pleasantries … I can’t believe how incredibly rude she was… I asked her name and to my Surprise her name was CINDY the name of the company!!!!! OMG with attitude and total disregard for the customer.. I will never go back and I will tell anyone who asks about that place just how incredibly bad business from beginning to end!!
