I had been buying from Cinderella for a few years now. I had 2-bad experiences with their hair. I called to try to resolve it, but was unsuccessful at doing so. Over the past year their quality has gone downhill. They sell very bad quality lately, and the strands are weak, and frail. Very skimpy. I buy the bonds, and after today’s conversion via text messaging an operator for their company claims- in a text that there’s nothing wrong with their actual quality. Sorry to say it, but it’s been the worst I ever purchased. I have been dismissed as if my business never mattered. I also felt this should of been settled over the telephone, and not a very impersonal, and unprofessional text message. That’s poor business ethic. I will add photos. The hair was placed by another stylist, my friend -who couldn’t believe the bad hair quality. We both do this for a living. I couldn’t give this hair away. Their prices went up, and they should be absolutely ashamed to sell this type of hair. Horribly over— processed. After you wash it then it turns into a Brillo-Pad. Tangles, and the ends look like they were set on fire. The woman tried blaming me for poor home care . I’m a hairstylist of 35 years. This isn’t my first rodeo. If I could give the hair alone a 0 —I would. As far as professionalism in handling the situation it was by far the worst. Save yourself money, and time. Go to great lengths—they don’t skimp on their quality. Also there’s a few other company’s out there that stand behind their product, and customers.

I had been purchasing my extensions from Cinderella hair for years. I recently bought some wavy extensions that within a few washes had started matting. I contacted the company and explained my concerns, and asked for a refund. I was told they would be in contact with me but after a month of waiting with no answer, I called again- and AGAIN waited another month with no answer. I wouldn’t recommend this company to any of my fellow hair stylists or anyone looking to buy extensions. “Remi” hair shouldn’t mat. Very poor customer service

I always like to support businesses being that I’m a business owner myself. However the level of disrespect and lack of integrity has forced me to write this review. Not only was the manager or whomever Rosie was, but the staff. I attempted to make a complaint and the manager hung up. They purposely gave us the wrong extensions in an attemp for us to buy more. Beware, if you buy from this company expect to get Black Market treatment. I have also gone to Great Lengths and both the product and the customer service is a lot better. These people can’t even figure out what’s the difference between 1A and 1B. If you want to count on reliable service, this is not the place. Run run run
