I’ve been going to Cinderella for awhile now, so this review is long overdue. They consistently give wonderful customer service and high quality work! I actually drive from Elmgrove Rd in Greece just to come here. They are simply that good and worth the drive. I also love the decor! Open, airy, and feels high end. Do not come here! I just had a pedicure and when I was over at the station drying my nails, I reached down and felt my heels. They were still all scratchy. I asked for a manager and he said that’s what I get for the cheap pedicure that I paid for. Only if you spend more money do you get treatment to smooth out your skin. Is he kidding me? I’ve never had an experience like this. Take your money elsewhere and get a good pedicure whether you get the low end or the high end. Leaving a salon with your heels in a softer condition than when you came in is basic pedicure treatment.

One of the longest lasting gel manicures I have gotten in the area. They do a dry style which really helps. All the staff are great – they have a nice selection of polishes and even offer discounts for repeat customers. Highly recommend. Pedicure, Gel manicures

I’ve tried Cinderella a few times. It’s never anything great, usually rushed basic service. After today it will be my last time going there! Went in for a pedicure. Told the person I booked with on the phone my toes needed some special attention due to long nails. I also told my nail tech this right at the start of the service. Both of them barely listened to my request. I upgraded to one of their mid-level pedicures (lemon honey $59). I was hoping paying double the price of their standard pedicure would get my toes the extra attention they needed, I was wrong. I unfortunately had to direct the nail tech the entire service or else she wouldn’t have cut my nails enough. She still didn’t cut one of them because it was ‘too thick’. Everytime I asked her to cut it shorter, or trim the side she would talk to her coworker and they would look at me and laugh. It’s so obvious how rude they were being, but my requests weren’t anything out of the ordinary for a pedicure service. Some of my nails are still long and my heels are still rough even after upgrading to a special pedicure that listed callus removal. Save your money and go somewhere else for a pedicure!

Highly recommend this nail Salon. Went in for a basic pedicure and was not disappointed at all, I feel they go above and beyond than other places around. The price was less than I paid at other places as well. Customer service was amazing.

I showed up for a Manicure and pedicure gel polish. I paid for the best package which included a 10 min massage for pedicure. Mine was about 3 min. My feet sat in the water approx 3 min total. The whole pedicure lasting about 20 min. Felt jippped. My gel polish that was an extra 20$! starting coming off my toes within 2 days. I got a manicure as well. Never had my nails soaked. We not even going to cut or file my nails unless I asked. My gel polish starting coming off within 2 days. I waited 15 min extra for eyebrow wax and she did 4 swipes of the wax and said she was done. I had to go home and pluck my eyebrows. The wax was a waste as well. If I can save someone 110$- dont go here! I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. The inside was nice and clean and fancy- Id have to give that to them. Disappointed. If I could rate this place 1/2 star I would.

Went here before Thanksgiving for a gel mani and a pedicure. Got right in. Spa part was good but my gel manicure started peeling the same day. I called the next day and they told me to just come in and they’d fix it and when I showed up the guy at the desk said they couldn’t take me until 3 hours later, and when I told him I had called and was told to just come back anytime and they’d get me right in and he looked at me like I had 8 heads, and I told him I couldn’t come back because I had work then. They got me in begrudgingly and again my fixed nails peeled within 2 days. Won’t be going back.

Very unhappy with pedicures. They act as if they don’t have a basic pedicure when you ask, I actually had to go online to prove to them that’s what I wanted after that they were very quick, unfriendly, it was not relaxing or pleasant. This has happened 2 times, I gave them another chance and it was just as pitiful but the 2nd time I actually got the hot stone pedicure and it was just as awful.

I went here on July 17th and got a mani – pedi. I would not come here if you looking for nail services. The tools and foot baths are poorly cleaned. I know this now because I now have athletes foot. I am extremely upset because going to do something that was self care has turned into me now having athletes foot. I now have to treat an infection that I would not otherwise had. I paid good money for my nails to be done and in return I received a fungal infection.

This is the 3rd time I’ve gone there and today was the worst! They always rush you and the young man who did my manicure was yanking my hands and couldn’t get me out of there fast enough. He seemed completely annoyed to do his job. I still left a tip because I’m not a complain A/hole. NEVER going there again!!!!! Manicure
