Derek L. Established in 2007. Derek & I (Jon) opened our first nail salon in 2007 calling it Cinderella Nails & Spa. The name Cinderella emphasis the importants of shoes can make a difference, and so can beautiful feet. From there, we invision a business where people come to relax and feel at home. We believe in quality service, sanitary environment, and relaxing ambience. We currently have two locations open, one in Pearland Parkway and one by Baybrook mall to adequate service the Pearland, Friendswood, Houston, and Webster area. Critical: Quality, ValueSince I started coming here my nails have never lasted over a week. My pedicure seems to last but never my nails. My nail tech talked me into dip powder which I never get I usually always get acrylic well here I am, I could’ve went and bought 4 pairs of press on nails for the price I paid. My nails shouldn’t pop off like this. This isn’t the first time before I got these nails done I had acrylic and went back to have a broken nail fixed and this guy was so rude! He was mad that he had to fix my nail and kept huffing and puffing the whole time well turns out that nail didn’t even last either! He was in such a rush and mad he had to fix my nail. I’ve been going here a few times a year for a few years. Always friendly and I never have to wait long. If you make an appointment in advance you don’t wait at all. The nail techs do a good job and I have always been happy with the service.

I wanted to try this spot again after so many years of my last visit and I hate to say never going back. Nails look sloppy and thick oh and the nail technician cut me and did not bother to say sorry,or put something on the obvious bleeding. My $100 will be taken somewhere else.

I have ALWAYS gone to the Baybrook location for YEARS, and have never had 1 complaint. I happened to be in Pearland running errands and decided I would try this location. First, I got a VIP pedicure with shellac that turned out good. Then I did a full set with dip that I loved!! My husband and I left that late afternoon for Austin and when we checked into our hotel, we changed clothes and my husband noticed a nail on the floor and asked me if it was mine. I looked at it and come to find out, my entire nail of shellac from my pedicure was on the floor. I called the salon (I know the secretary that answers the phone personally) and let her know that my polish was randomly coming off and I was not happy. I told her that I was out of town, which she knew, and she still said when I came back to town, to come in and we will fix it. I never went back due to not having the time, but around a month later, I noticed that my big toenail on my left toe looked slightly discolored. It looked like I may have bruised it, so I didn’t think anything of it. Weeks later, it never got better and looked cloudy/yellow and had a pencil point size black dot under my nail. I showed it to my husband and he is the one that told me that it was foot fungus. I have NEVER in all the years that I have gone to so many salons that I can’t even recall, have NEVER had this happen. I have been battling it since January. I am VERY disappointed in this location and will NEVER go here again. Now, the Baybrook location….I will definitely go back. PLEASE double check the sterilization packaging EVERY time. I will never make that mistake again.

Do not let Kevin touch your nails. He does not listen to what the customer says. He asked me what shape nails I wanted and I said, exactly the way they are shaped now, just a little shorter. He proceeded to cut and shape my nails all different lengths and shapes. He wanted to argue with me and say I told him round. Then he said he would put tips on to give me longer nails he can shape. I told him to stop, I got up and left. If you want good service….don’t go to Cinderella Nails at Kirby. The front desk asked how my service was…I said horrible and they offered no recovery or apology.
