The best shop!! The inside is very chic and pretty. I can’t even put into words how respectful, sweet, friendly, polite, and hospitable the staff is. The pedicure I got was amazing, the skin soak, foot soak, exfoliation, massage, hot stones were a dream and everything you could think to want in a pedicure. The manicure was equally amazing and Lucy did an amazing job recreating the design I found online. I would recommend anyone to go here any day! The best experience I could have dreamed of.

This is the only nail salon I will go to. The first time I was here, I was blown away by their service and friendliness! Hot towel neck rub while your nails dry, then they dip your hands in wax. It’s just a very pleasant experience. Next few times we’re just as great! I don’t mind waiting if their busy because they take time and pride in their work. I’ve gone to other places and this place takes their time and makes sure your nails are perfect! I got a pedicure for the first time there today and they really go the extra mile. My friend and I brought our daughters with us ages 5 and 2. They gave the girls some stickers to keep them occupied. During the back rub after the pedicure (I highly suggest the pomegranate pedicure) my daughter was being super fussy in her stroller and the guy was doing his best to rub my back and keep my daughter from falling out of her stroller lol Another worker heard my daughter being fussy and came in to help. She held my daughter’s bottle and kept her occupied and quiet so the guy could finish the back massage. They really go above and beyond here! I am so impressed with them! The level of service here is phenomenal!! And the prices are amazing for what you get compared to other nail salons!

I have tried all the locations to get my nails done within this plaza and the one across the street. This one is by far is the best. They have relaxing music on and for Christmas they even gave me a free 3oz hand lotion.They have little candies out and give you a water right when you sit down. They also do hand parafin after your manicure which none of the others do. The best spa experience for the same price as all the others. Thank you Cinderella Nails and Spa!

This is the best pedicure spot in the Southtown’s. I live in West Seneca and will always make the drive to Hamburg to get my pedicures here. I am not one to spend money on myself but a monthly pedicure is one self care act I will always treat myself to. I’ve been to MANY salons over the years. The atmosphere at Cinderella nails and spa is very relaxing. Music is mellow and enjoyable, The staff is wonderful, very personable. They will carry conversations but are also okay with letting you enjoy the quiet should you like to not talk. They take pride in what they do and it shows. I have never walked out and thought “that was not worth the money” which I have said after leaving other salons. When it comes to cleanliness you will not be disappointed! I have NEVER seen such a well maintained and clean environment. You can tell the salon owner takes pride in their business. The staff wears scrubs, gloves, masks. Tools that are reusable are sterilized. And disposal items are new for each client. If you are looking for an amazing nail experience you must check out Cinderella nails!

I can’t say enough great things about this nail spa – the people are kind, patient and detailed. It’s so obvious that they care about the quality of the service they’re providing and not just rushing you out the door as quickly as possible. The space is clean and welcoming, plus they have a great selection of colors and services offered. I can honestly say that it’s relaxing going to get my nails done now and I don’t see myself going anywhere else in the future besides here!

I had a great experience at this salon. I stopped in for a dip manicure for the first time yesterday and the staff were friendly, attentive, and gentle. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a good experience. They had a wide selection of dip colors to choose from as well. Prices were reasonable. I highly recommend.
