Been going there since they opened I am very hard with my hands could say I do men’s work and can’t wear gloves ….. tried many other salons and still go back there from Douglasville thecouple times I did have a problem they make good for I would say it’s been at least 19 years I’ve been going there so for the people who have had a problem sorry to hear that give them a call sure they would make good for it
