Critical: QualityBy far the worst pedicure of my lifetime!! The technician was rough when she should have been gentle and was light as a feather during exfoliation, massage and applying moisturizer. Nails are all uneven, polish on toes. She couldn’t get done quick enough and the whole process took less than 20 minutes. Although it is not my “go to” place, it was my second choice. Operative word there is “was.” I guess you only get treated kindly when you order their “deluxe” treatments. Too bad, who’s to say I wouldn’t have stepped it up next time. By far the worst pedicure of my lifetime!! The technician was rough when she should have been gentle and was light as a feather during exfoliation, massage and applying moisturizer. Nails are all uneven, polish on toes. She couldn’t get done quick enough and the whole process took less than 20 minutes. Although it is not my “go to” place, it was my second choice. Very rushed service, she was very rough and didn’t seem to care that I was flinching in pain. Prices are VERY high for not great quality work. Paid $53 for a regular manicure and pedicure and an eyebrow wax, which I had to fix when I got home. No attempt at a shoulder/back rub either. I would give them 0 stars if it was an option. Won’t be returning.

She made a disgusting facil expression a nd made a comment in her language! She gave me a horrible pedicure and rushed it. Went in for a fill in and pedicure. When it was time for a tip the lady was not happy with the amount. She made a disgusting facil expression a nd made a comment in her language! She gave me a horrible pedicure and rushed it. I think that $15 tip was suitable

Critical: ProfessionalismWent here for the first time with my kids today. I’ve been to the one in Westbury when I used to work in the area on my lunch break, and liked them there. I’ve been to the one in Massapequa maybe twice by myself with no issues. Until today. Took my 2 little girls (5 and 8) there today. Everyone was nice except for this one lady who worked on my 8 yo nails. She was on the opposite side of the salon from me and my 5yo, so I couldn’t see exactly what was going on during her nail session, but when we were all drying- I gave my daughter the tip to give to the lady. She took it from my daughter, made a mast face and didn’t even say thank you. I saw thewhole thing and thought that was so odd. Later after we left, my daughter proceeds to tell methat, that last had a nasty attitude towards her, and that she got made when my daughter messed up a nail during the session. I didn’t get her name (god I wish I did) but if you walked into the salon, she sat right by the window on the right hand side (opposite the cashier station)I’ll never go there again.And… they overcharge. I was told my at acrylics tips (new) with just regular nail polish was $35. On the menu when I was getting my pedicure before the tips, it said $30. I brought this up to them and they said the menu was out of date!!!!!Such bad business.Went here for the first time with my kids today. I’ve been going since they have opened. The standards have diminished so much! I went for a pedicure, it was horrible, didn’t even put the color in evenly or do any massage. I gave it another try with a regular mani pedi, so over priced!!! I was shocked! My nail broke below the line and I asked them to fix it, I could have done better! It’s down the block so I tried again, I’ll drive the extra 5 min to a place I know is better.
