Had a wonderful & relaxing experience at this salon. The facility was beautiful & very clean. All of the woman working here were incredibly kind and attentive. Awful experience. I came in for a manicure and pedicure. I opted for the more expensive pedicure because she said it came with a massage. The massage barely lasted 1 minute and she did not allow my feet to soak beforehand either. It felt like she rushed thru it and there was literally NO ONE else in the salon. Definitely not worth the money. Then the manicure. She literally goes “wow” when she looked at my nails. She was rude and impersonable. The other woman stood there the whole time watching tv… the news no less about shootings. Very relaxing. they didnt offer me anything even tho they had a huge cart of water and tea. And when they were done and went to garb some of my things for me she goes ” you got alllott of stuff.” Huh? I still tipped her well and she barely said thank you. Do not waste your money here. It is expensive and not worth it to be treated like this. Just awful.

I chose this salon because of the 4.9 rating. However when I walked in the door there were 8 people waiting and the lady at the desk didn’t have any of them scheduled (even though they all called and scheduled appointments). It happens, unfortunately this was not the only issue. I was a walk-in and they were able to get me in. I wanted a dip powder manicure. Unfortunately my nails are uneven and there was some sort of dust that made one of my nails sharp (see pictures). Really disappointed in the work that was done.
