Critical: Professionalism, QualityBecause most salons are closed, I thought I woud take a chnace on a new salon.I advise you if you are in the same situation to wait. Point is bad color and bad cut. Even after reviewing photos and swatches.When I called back multiple times my calls were ignored not returned. ( I know this because I can hear th ereceptionist speak to the stylist) It was not until I sent an email proposing a complaint to the board and place negative reviews that I revieved a call back. What was offered to me was half my money back. She wanted me to cover the supplies…not acceptable own your mistakes and downfalls of nonprofessional treatment to your patrons.With respect, This is response to the owners response who actually is the mother of the stylist Kayla.I did come in on the wrong day but Kayla was happy to do my hair. She had 1 client while I processed for a haircut. Her rush after she already started my hair was to do eyelash extensions on your receptionist. Please hold your tennats (hairstylist accountable for bad service given. Her knowledge of haircolor is limitted. Kayla should not have done Balyage if she did not feel comfortable.You stated that Kayla contacted me as soon as she got the message this is incorrect. She knew I called the very same day I got my hair done.It should not matter whether her clients comes from MN, or WI they should be treated with a professional atitude and the best hair services equally. Please, educate the stylist who rent space from you about the business side of things. She messed up my hair a refund is expected but instead she chose to only want to give 50% back.
