I booked Cielo for my bridal hair and makeup, as well as for a mani/pedi party and I couldn’t be happier! The mani/pedis turned out great and it was so fun! Cielo had a great spread of snacks while everyone hung out and got their nails done as well.

I came in for the first time ever with a bridal party. I was a assigned Susan she was fabulous!! So nice, personable, and incredibly talented!! She made me look so beautiful I felt so good! And for the first time ever in my life I woke up beautiful my hair was still intact my makeup was flawless and its the next next day afternoon and I don’t even have to wash it off :). I offered to take her home with me so she could do my makeup and hair every day. I got so many compliments I felt so good! And she didn’t spray me up with a ton of hairspray!

Cielo is one of the best salons in Buffalo- hands down. I’ve been a client of Sara’s for many years, and she is one of the most talented stylists I have ever encountered- a true visionary. I always leave feeling fabulous and fresh! Not to mention, the salon itself is stunning and the staff is very warm and welcoming.

as far as coloring goes, Sara is the best in Buffalo. Style and cut were also done superbly. She treated me like a friend, very comfortable surroundings and conversation. The shampoo and head massage alone are worth the cost. I would recommend her to friends and family, or anyone, looking for a new color and a new fresh look!

Cielo Salon is beautiful inside! It is very clean and the staff is very warm and welcoming. The receptionists are very accomodating and always call me the day before my appointment. Jessica Adams is my stylist there and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a cut, color, or style. She is highly educated and experienced in hair care. Every person I refer to Jessica, male or female, becomes a lifetime client of hers.

I have used this salon a few times. The stylist I was using moved to a new salon and after my latest experience it’s easy to see why. The management here is nothing short of horrendous! All the stylist are over booked and forced to rush with clients leaving poor results on top of a large price increase. After my original visit I felt bad but I just couldn’t leave my hair looking as bad as it was especially after paying $160, I called the salon and they reluctantly booked an appointment to correct things. My stylist was extreamly understanding of my concerns and agreed that things were rushed, she spent a good amount of time with me basically redoing the entire service to make things right. After all this management insisted that I be charged an additional $35 due to the time involved in fixing the original mistake. My stylist was great but due to the poor management I will not be using Cielo again.

Had an appointment for a haircut which I made 6 months prior. Came in and they said they were confused and had me down for a cut and color. So I sat down and they took someone else that was getting the “works” and left me sitting there. The girl I had an appointment with rushed over for 5 minutes and cut my hair and walked away to do the other client that did not have an appointment . I sat for 10 minutes with wet hair and finally someone else came over to blow dry my hair. Won’t go back..you simply showed that because I was just a cut and you would get more money off a full service..you let me sit.
