I got my manicure and pedicure done along with some massages. The lady that did my nails missed spots some spots have gel and others don’t. My toes are the same. And when it came to the massage on my legs the lady burned me with the massage rocks as you can see in the picture. I was charged $107 to get my skin burned. Never going back!

Nail tech Linda is fabulous! Linda does a great pedicures!♥️ She practices safe and sanitary during pedicure. However, the shop needs a lot of TLC and maintenance. Floor by one of the stations has missing tiles and is a hazard to customers. Bathroom sink faucet needs to be replaced. And a bit more sanitation needs to be done as well. Other those observations, nail techs are very friendly.

I went here based on reviews. When I walked in no employee acknowledged my presence. I waited 15 minutes before an employee asked me what I needed. When I informed him of the service I needed, he did not bother to tell me anything. Work on your customer service skills please. I deserve a hello, welcome, we will be with you shortly, I value my time. It’s unacceptable for your business to be conducted in a monotone way. Also the sign that says “quiet please” needs to be taken off. If you don’t want to hear people don’t be in a business that deals with clients and people.

I came for a color change and decided to get a pedicure as well. When they finished doing my pedicure I waited and thought they were just busy and we’re going to get to my nails after . After almost 30 mins one of the workers led me to pay. I asked if they weren’t going to do my color change . They had forgotten about my color change on my nails. I took about one hour and a half for a pedicure and a nail color change. And I had to tell them 3 times about my nails because they forgot that many times . This was my first time and last going there . Customer service was not good . I’m sorry but that is not okay to forget about ur customer and waste their time .
