I had a very bad experience with this salon. They tell you one price over the phone, once they sit you in the chair, the price rises by 30%. Knowing the fact that I had clarified over the phone the hair situation I have. I also had an appointment for partial highlights, they booked me for full highlights. The girl stylist wasn’t very competent with colors, she had to ask her coworker what I am asking for and what’s on my hair.

Really aggressive promo staff! They always come into Starbucks on Hawthorne pressuring people to sign up for a ‘package deal’ which they say they give exclusively to only the first 20 people – do not fall for it because it’s a total lie they have this offer always running. Do not be fooled that you will miss out if you dont sign up. Today they were asked by 1 of the Starbucks staff to leave so I guess you will find them loitering around the car park outside bevmo jumping on people as they get back to their parked cars (seen with my own eyes on more than 3 occasions) Um, ladies there are far more professional ways to promote your business than disturbing people who are working and then pressuring them to sign up to a deal which one of them described as “it’s so awesome, a deal not to be missed” By the way that is poor business, lying to people will always come back on you.
