Short trip to LA, my cousin and I wanted to get massages. We booked Ciel based off of all the glowing reviews we’ve heard of the SLS. And I must say, this place is such a gem. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. The spa area was relaxing and super clean, and not too busy. Following our treatments we lounged up by the rooftop pool and spent the day. I plan on making this part of my routine whenever I’m in the city!

I was staying at the SLS, and randomly booked a couples massage at Ciel. It was one of the highlights of my trip. My massage was great and done at the rooftop pool that overlooks iconic Beverly Hills. As a tourist this made the whole experience completely unique. Also, I recommend checking out the product store after your treatment, they have interesting products and brands I haven’t seen at other high-end spas.

first off the The massages were great, and the therapists amazing. The amenities that were claimed (written in your confirmation email) you should arrive for early/also enjoy after-nice showers and steam room, a relaxation room with refreshment and light bites was not even the case. Light bites were bagged snacks, the steam room not in service because of reno (which great will be nice in the future), the shower was disgusting a plastic shower curtain basically. please inform customers ahead of time of the renovations. Expected more of a Beverly Hills spa in a nice hotel.

Will definitely be back! The employees are experienced and warm and were so helpful when I screwed up my appointment time for the hyperbaric therapy. The chamber was unlike anything I’ve seen before, but wanted to try it out and was very pleased. I left feeling immediately better and ended up getting the three-treatment package. Can’t wait for next time!

An amazing spa experience! From the moment you walk in (fyi valet parking) until the moment you exit, you are treated like royalty. The front desk staff is the sweetest and obviously the treatments are wonderful. Best massage I’ve ever had. Worth every penny 🙂

My favorite go to has been the Red Carpet Facial, but I tried the remodeling facial machine for the first time today and was obsessed. Already booked my next three visits. SLAY

I love Ciel!! A few negative reviews from a year or two ago made me a little nervous at first to try but it is certainly a 5 star establishment now. It’s a perfect place for a relaxing day of pampering. My pro tip is the rooftop pool after my treatments ☺️☺️
