I went and checked them out a week before I went in to get my toes and hands done well I was told they couldn’t do French manicure. I asked why the man told me that his daughter won’t be back until Tuesday. So no one else could do it. So I had the dip done. I had my toes done first. She was pretty distracted using her phone three or four times. Didn’t cover up the blood spot in my toe with cover up nail polish before she put the nail polish that I selected I brought with me that is you can see the blood spot through my toenail polish. Sloppy polishing on my toes!

Highly upset to pay $50 for a full set only for them to pop off A WEEK after. I’m not sure how many men work there but a guy did my nails and I swear he rushed because people were swarming in. I used this place once before and I only got a pedicure and it was nice. The place was nice and clean and beautiful, so I decided to travel 30 minutes out of my way hoping the manicure part would be as nice as the pedicure. I probably will not spend my money there again. No disinfection when each Mani was completed. I wish they had their prices up on the wall because I feel like I was over charged….. I went in for 2 nail sets and 2 pedis…the acrylic nails had bumps on them and that’s not very good. I wanted gel nails but ended up with acrylic with gel overlay I was like….OK. colors are nice. Update: 2 days later…… my gel polish is coming off from my acrylic nail. I don’t even know how this place has 4.5 stars my experience was horrible.

I decided to give them another chance after 7 months now that they’re under new management. They’re better, but the woman who did my nails misunderstood me. I went in this past Thursday for a full acrylic set. I tried telling her what I wanted, but couldn’t because I stutter. So she asked me if I wanted acrylics & I nodded yes. Then she told me to point out what I wanted since I couldn’t speak fluently. I pointed to the basic manicure. Now, mind you, I thought she was gonna give me a basic manicure WITH the acrylics like she asked. She didn’t. She just painted my nails with the color I chose, sat me under a nail dryer fan & sent me on my way. Two hours later, the nail polish had chipped & wasn’t even fully dried. I sat there drying my nails for about 15-20 mins along with spraying the instant dry thing on my nails. I don’t know the woman’s name, but she was very sweet.

Absolutely amazing! They are very thorough. Took their time as well as made sure every part of my manicure was great. Double checked all sides of my nail in each finger, cuticles and shaped each nail perfect. I would highly recommend.

Family owned and operated! The facility is clean and offers what i would expect at a nail shop from manis and pedis as well as waxing services. I get gel manicures and my gel polish lasts at least 3 up to 4 weeks. Been a client since moving to the area 3 years ago and will continue.

Critical: Punctuality, QualityI waited over 25 minutes for a pedicure and full set. Which was okay they seemed busy. The lady who did my pedicure went to deep on one of my cuctiles and made me bleed as well as the guy that did my full set. My nails don’t look good at all. I will never go back there again.

Most horrible nails I’ve ever had. My nails look lumpy. I had to make them redo my daughters cause the paint looked like a 2 year old painted them. I’ll definitely have to go somewhere to get mine redone cause I’m leaving for vacation tomorrow. The lady that did my feet was amazing but I would never let the man that did my nails touch them again. I’m 35 years old and I’ve never seen nails that cost 40 look like this. I’m embarrassed to have them on right now.
