I visited this place today for pedicure and also to get my nails done and I absolutely loved the way they did my nails. The pedicure was ok. My nails were done by the artist Lynn. I showed her the picture of the nail art that I wanted to get and initially I wasn’t sure if she will be able to do it the exact the same way but she did an absolutely fantastic job. I was extremely happy to see the final result. Loved this place and highly recommend it for nail arts.

What an amazing experience. I am from Nebraska and flew in for business. My nails were a wreck and I did not think I would be able to get them done due to my evening arrival. The hotel front desk reception recommended Ciel and they did not disappoint! The place was clean, beautiful and I had no wait. They offered wine but I chose the cucumber water and it was also amazing. My nails, WOW! I showed NuiNui a picture and she did the designs freehand! I will be back! This is a 10 star salon!!

I got my nails done for the holidays and they were perfect!! I’m not sure who it was that did my nails but she had short hair with grey/silver highlights. She was very quick and efficient and did it exactly like the picture I showed her. She applied the gems with such care and they lasted for 3 weeks, none fell off until I got my nails removed

I am torn about this place simply because Kim did a good job on my nails which is the most important to me since I have to look at them for the next 2-3 weeks however ….. the customer service was not good. First she asked my 3 separate times if I wanted a pedicure trying to pressure me when I only scheduled an appointment for my dip. Second I have noticed this in several salons if you get a dip manicure they never give you a message. And Ciel didn’t even have a bottle of lotion sitting out to put some on yourself. Third I felt like a piece of livestock being processed and pushed out the door ( it was busy, but not extremely crowed since it was a weekday). Then because I didn’t feel the customer service was all that great I didn’t leave a large 20% tip but I didn’t stiff her either. At which point I heard her huff under her breath! That was the icing on the cake for me. I walked out the door feeling irritated.

I got acrylic nails done with gel nail paint and was amazed by the service. Superb staff and organised service desk. I prefer taking an appointment so it went with ease and was really impressed by the service. Staff is courteous and service quality is good. I have reduced a star (actually .5) because of pricing. It is very heavy on pocket.

After months of research 🙂 I choose this nail salon . DK is very attentive and made sure I was super comfortable ! The concierge is very kind and took care of me as soon as I walked in the door. The atmosphere is so chill . My nails and toes are very cute. Overall happy with the service.

I went to get a manicure, I’m happy that they where able to get me pretty quickly, but the lady who did my manicure was not friendly at all her name tagged said Thy… she didn’t greet me or asked me if I wanted anything to drink… didn’t talk to me at all didn’t even look at me… I had gel on my natural nails, so I wanted a manicure so they could clean my nails and just clear polish… not hard at all but this lady didn’t even try… I had yellow gel polish and she left color on it didn’t even use acetone… right away she used the machine, which I didn’t like because it can damage the nail… when she could have easily used acetone… I left her a tip just because I’m nice like that, but later on regret it if I would have known this was going to happen I would have done this myself. Which now I’m going to have to do… which is finish up the work I paid her to do.

First time visiting was Friday and they took very good care of me. I did the Jaeger bomb pedicure with Gell toes and I’m so glad I did. The salon gives this luxurious aura. The staff is friendly. Tempted to make this my new spot since the salons in Dallas cost more but give lower quality.

I got a quick nail color change today and the lady that did it (should have gotten her name) was not friendly and I’d say rude. I thought it was because I didn’t get an expensive service, which i did not need this time. But she was answering the phone in front of me not being helpful to potential customers either. She did a decent job though. It’s a very nice place. Just wish customer service was better. Gives these nail shops a bad reputation.
