Cici’s used to be the best in the area, but the last few times I have been in have been disappointing. I was willing to let it slide when my manicurist didn’t know what an oval nail shape was and I had to explain it to her. I was also willing to let it slide when she left polish all over my skin around my toe nails and I had to ask her to clean it up. But then when she cut 2 of my nails and made me bleed, didn’t apologize or acknowledge it, and then didn’t follow any safety protocols, I lost my patience.

Had an appointment for 1pm; service wasn’t started til 1:30pm and this happens to me EVERY time I am there. Aside from a pedicure, I had a full set of gel nails put on and the photo shown here is what my nails looked like after. Glue & polish left on my skin, sides were not filed down and I didn’t receive an actual manicure (no hand lotion, massage, etc.) I felt like a total inconvenience to them.

I don’t get my nails done often because my manicures never say on due to my line of work (even the no chips!) but the regular manicure I got at my first visit to Cici lasted for 2 weeks. I recently received a gel manicure and am so impressed with it. I now feel like getting manicures is actually worth it and I can enjoy the experience because the quality is exceptional! The atmosphere is also SO relaxing and each employee is super friendly. Not only are the manicures AMAZING but they are incredibly fast while being carefully meticulous. So impressed with this place!

I called for a pedicure appointment for my best friend and I. They took us right at our appointment time and didn’t make us wait. They had a great selection of current trendy colors. The upgrade to sugar scrub and paraffin is well worth the extra money. Everyone in there is so nice and the place is so clean. I drive almost an hour to get my pedicures here because I have yet to find better. Love it!
