Really frustrating trying to get an appointment here. The quality of the work looks great and would like to try their services. First time I tried to get an appointment they ended up closing early the day I wanted to go, which is fine, things happen. I went somewhere else and wasn’t super impressed. Tried to get an appointment the next time my nails needed done. Called and they had no openings for the rest of the day on a Thursday. They only do same day appointments so they wouldn’t book me for the morning even though I had off on Friday and knew I could commit. They told me to call back in the morning. I called back right when they opened only for it to go to voice-mail dozens of times. 20 minutes after opening I finally got through and they were booked for the whole day. So disappointing and frustrating because I was traveling and needed them done. Had to go to Fort Collins to get a good set. I understand people cancel which is frustrating but then have a deposit fee that gets kept if you don’t show. I always show. Maybe one day I’ll get availability to go but I’m honesty over trying to get an appointment here after 3 or 4 times. Their scheduling system sucks.

Went in to get a set of yellow nails. The man who did them made me pick a different color halfway through my app. They chipped at the salon, and he wouldn’t redo them, he just stuck more polish on them which fell off by the time I left. The top coat has already come off and is peeling and I went in one week ago. My nails have never looked so bad. It would’ve been fine if he had done the color I initially wanted but he refused saying it would need too many coats. Unpleasant to say the least. Very rude, would not recommend.

I had on a gel based set and she removed then and applied a whole set of acrylic nails within the hour! I thought the prices were responsible and Tina was lovely to talk too!
