Been going here for 3 years now. Always for a full set and the occasional pedicure. I have never had a bad experience. The length and shape of my nails is on point. They listen to my special instructions, only heel scraping for the pedicure. The nails last for about a month and are cheaper with the special cat eyes then I have seen at other places for plain color. Sometimes appointments run late so plan time accordingly. Usually takes about 40 min for the fill in. Tam did my nails today and to take off old and do a full new set took about 65 min. They look great and I would request her again.

Got my nails done here Saturday. Had to return the next day to fix my shape that was all wrong. Now it’s Thursday and three have already broken. That’s 5 days. Not please with the service. Application could have been better for longevity. Acrylic nails

Always had trouble finding a good spot for acrylic nails and I finally came a cross this place and instantly fell in love. I have been going here for a couple months now and I am just obsessed every time with my nails. Annie was nice but this place is trash! My “no chip” manicure chipped the next day. I had to file my nails down so they didn’t break. I went back a few days later to have the technician fix the issue however, the person at the front advised me that I would be charged $25 for a polish change. I already paid $65 plus tip and a 2% credit card fee. Save your time and energy and go somewhere else.

This used to be my only nail salon however, a month ago the owner was being very rude to me with her aggressive handling of my hands and when I asked her why is she handling me that way she gave me nothing but attitude. She then began to question MY attitude. I haven’t been back here since. She also over charged me this day. Karma doesn’t miss a soul. Absolutely rude.

The young lady Sophia took care of me. She let me know my options and the prices. I got a short full set and they turn out beautiful. We talked the whole time and it was overall a great experience. My no chip pedi turned out good too!

Critical: QualityI came here for the first time today and will NEVER go back. I paid 60 dollars for the worst full set I’ve ever seen. I asked for coffin shape, i don’t know what you’d call this but its definitely not coffin shape. Half my nails are crooked and they’re pretty much all different shapes. Their menu says an acrylic full set is $30, so it was an additional$30 just for no chip?! Im seriously so disappointed with my nails and infuriated that i spent $60 on this. I’ve literally gotten way better nails for $10 at Walgreens. The best acrylic full set with no chip I’ve ever gotten was $40 and today I paid $60 for the worst job I’ve ever seen. I will never go back to this place. My no chip only lasted for 4 days. The customer service is awful. I called and made a complaint and I was told it’s my fault that my nails are cracked in the polish. I paid $136 plus tips for my mother and I on Friday May 6th, 2022. Today is Thursday May 12th. I noticed the cracks in the polish on the 4th day but no the polish has officially chipped off of my nails while on vacation. I asked the person who answered the phone what her name was she said she didn’t have a name. Don’t waste your money here. She was rude and unfriendly.

Good place and services, pedicure was spa like and i loved it i will be coming back, manicure was ok, the girl that did the pedicure was really nice and does excellent pedicure, no waiting time for me, prices are a little more than other places but to me it was worth it.
