I love going here. It’s not near as crowded as some of the other places in Lancaster, which I love. And the same gentleman has been doing mine and my oldest daughter’s nails for about 10 years. I gave it 2 stars bc I could not give 2.5 stars. I arrived to the establishment at 10:15am and the door was locked no problem I get it they forgot to unlock it. However when the gentleman came to unlock the door with 2 customers standing at the door you would think that he would open the door for us. Nope! He actually unlocked the door and walked off so we had to open the door ourselves. He did not greet customers who are coming to spend money in your establishment…… what kind of customer service is that? The ladies were nice very friendly however, I will say that compared to other establishments in the city surrounding areas I was not impressed. This was my 1st time I requested pedicure and to have nails polished with gel polish. The pedicure process was definitely not what I am used to and I get a pedicure almost every 2 weeks. She didnt use foot scrub, hot wax, nor did I receive foot massage and I’m paying the same price that I pay another establishment. Also only rinsed utensils she used on my feet and put back in drawer soooooo its a no going back for me unless things change.

DO NOT USE THIS SALON. I went for the first time for a pedicure (polish removal and clear) and sns dip. Firstly, there are major health concerns due to the lack of cleanliness. They did not show me that they sterilized anything that touched my body. Clippers, files, pumice pulled from all over. The pedicure was lack luster….she did not remove all of my prior gel polish – despite charging me $10 to do so. No sugar scrub or lotion. Then my sns….ahhh….what can I say. My fingers are literally sore…she redid the nails twice because the nails were all irregular in color. she tried to blame it on the powder. both of my hands have completely different shades, shape and length. If my hands weren’t so sore and also my concerns with the sterilization of the tools, I would go back and request someone else to make this right. $115 later…very disappointing!!!!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI received very poor services today & Tommy was not professional at all. I went in for a full set & when he polished my nails he didn’t even allow one coat to dry before applying the next coat. My nails were smugged & on certain areas of my nails the polish did not even fully cover the acrylic. I received very poor services today & Tommy was not professional at all. I went in for a full set & when he polished my nails he didn’t even allow one coat to dry before applying the next coat. My nails were smugged & on certain areas of my nails the polish did not even fully cover the acrylic.
