I’ve grew up going to this place but hadn’t been there in a while ! They totally upgraded the whole salon and it looks beautiful. A regular polish manicure cost $18 which is pretty steep for a nail salon, considering I usually get them done for around $8-12 but I figured it would be worth it ! I have medium length natural nails which I’ve worked so hard to achieve, and the manicurist used a DRILL on my natural nails… I’ve never had that before and I’ve been getting my nails done for a year…. When it came time to take off the polish a few weeks later, my nails were covered in white spots (I’m talking 8-12 white spots on each nail) which I have come to find out is damage to my natural nails. I was so disappointed to see this damage, which is going to take months to grow out. I’m also not so sure about the sanitary factor in the salon, as the file and drills had streaks of white indicating they had been used previously without sanitizing… a new file is supposed to be used every time ! I also did get an eyebrow wax and she used the same wood stick to dip in the wax each time. Sad to say I won’t be coming back here but I do wish the family the best 🙁
