I’ve been to so many different barbers throughout Southeastern Suffolk (Lindenhurst, Babylon, etc…). There is no one close to the precision, care, and detail that Rueben provides as a barber. The first few times I went to Rueben he gave me my usual cut. Then one day he suggested trying a new style, something i hadnt done in 20 years. The next week I received no less than 10 compliments on my new hair cut. Rueben is simply the best. As for the shop itself, its clean, really up to date, has great amenities (massage chairs), and phenomenal conversation. Look no further, this is the best barber shop and barber on Long Island!

So pumped I found this place! Super clean, and it feels like family in there. I waited for Ruben, and talk about a young man mature beyond his years, super easy to talk to and is a master at his craft. The haircut was exactly what I wanted, and the beard trim was perfect. I felt comfortable letting him trim my beard. This is my forever barbershop, I highly recommend anyone with a head and a face to visit!

Recommended to me by a family member, Best haircuts I’ve had in a long time. Consistently great cut and beard trim. Great friendly conversation. Beautiful location. Highly recommend for anyone. I’ve spent 44 humble years on this spinning blue marble. No exaggeration, I think Ruben has given the best haircut I’ve gotten in my life. Friendly top-notch barber with a clean, well-appointed shop. If you had to wait, you could enjoy the pool table and massage chairs, but he had me in the chair in less than five minutes. And to be honest, part of me worries than shouting out to the world how good he is will make it harder to get in as word catches on. But man…his work is too good to keep quiet about it.

Just visited Ciao’s Chop Shop on the recommendation of my sister. All I can say is… WOW! What a great place! We sat in massage chairs and my kids played at the pool table while we waited. My son is sensitive to the sound of the machines and wiggles a lot. It wasn’t a problem here! He got the best cut ever. ** BONUS ** I got my eyebrows done at same time! I decided to get my eyebrows threaded after Angela promised she would be gentle. She is amazing!! Very little pain and my eyebrows look fantastic. It was a great experience and will be our new regular spot!
