When you first walk in the door everyone always has a smile on their face. The stylists are very professional, which not only shows through their styling work, but through their presentation and demeanor as well. If I ever run into appointment conflicts, they go above and beyond to accomodate my needs and are always cordial in the process. This time of year, the holiday decorations are absolutely gorgeous, and are complementary of the fresh and tasteful interior decor. I have always felt welcomed at Ciao, which speaks volumes about their integrative atmosphere. It’s obvious that the employees truly consider each other family, and I am happy to say that they make me feel like a part of that family. And above all else, the hair that I see these stylists do is unlike anything you can imagine. If you show your stylist a picture of what you want, you will likely walk out with a color and style even more beautiful than what you expected. My stylist is Mary, and she has been doing my hair for years. No matter where I go, I frequently get complimented by strangers, which I LOVE. The Ciao crew makes me feel special and not to mention beautiful! Five stars all around!

Love Mary and all the girls! They do amazing work. Mary and her team approach dying hair like a technical art show. They have a conference of what numbers would work and then it’s a whole process until they are perfectly satisfied you look your absolute best! My hair was down my back and I finally talked Mary into cutting it into a bob. I feel like Stella who got her groove back! Love this place!

My sister and I were supposed to get our hair and makeup done here for my wedding. I was told 10:30 for makeup and that we would be ready by 1, and my wedding was at 2. Sounds like perfect timing, but when the makeup artist doesn’t show up until 11:30 and then does a subpar job because she is clearly being rushed….and then the only compensation they give you is $10 off, when we didn’t even leave the salon until 1:15 which i was supposed to meet for the ceremony at 1:45. My hair was wonderful. But i actually had to go back to my hotel in a rush and redo my makeup, as i was crying….10 out of 10 wouldn’t recommend.
