DON’T waste your money!!! The technician I had is so sweet but that’s the only good thing I can say. I asked for a refund because I’m so disappointed in the service, lack of results, among other things and was told no refunds of any kind and I agreed to that when I signed the paperwork. Of course they make you sign that, they know it doesn’t work! They’ll blame that on “everyone has different results”. Don’t believe the ’60 minute’ session pitch either. They run 40-45 minutes and blame it on time for cleaning and a body scan if needed (which takes like 3 minutes). They shouldn’t advertise 60 minute sessions when it’s not even close. I have had zero results and it is a complete waste of money. I do everything right, too (lots of water, no alcohol or caffeine, correct calorie intake, etc). This is a sham and I wish I would have read some of the reviews before dropping $1300. Worst money spent in my life. Wish I could do something to get it back but they said no. I unfortunately have more sessions to use, too, which is what I wanted refunds for. Nope. Save your money. Biggest regret ever. I’m driving over an hour for these sessions. Ugh.

Wow! I had such a wonderful experience here. The entire staff were so friendly, welcoming, and personable. I went for a derma lift facial treatment. It was quite soothing and done in a relaxing atmosphere. Katie did a fantastic job. She was very thorough and the immediate results are the proof! I have already booked my next THREE appointments. Highly recommended!

I went to my first appointment this week. I had the best experience ever, the place is beautiful. Lorie is wonderful at the front desk, I had a great experience with the staff. It was a great appointment. I have more sessions to come and I am looking forward to see the result. I highly recommend Ciao Bella Sculpting, they make you welcome and comfortable.

The one star is for the owner. If I could do negative stars, I would. The technicians & staff were very nice. I moved back to MN from Burbank CA, and I find it extremely difficult to find establishments that I like here. I tried to book in Minnetonka. They were booked out for months, so I went to Burnsville. After my first appt (down in the basement) I decided it wasn’t really for me. However, I was trying to be polite. I had already purchased 4 Groupons and asked if I could book them together next time (because I didn’t even want to drive back there) the owner took me back into her office and proceeded to tell me that I cannot book my appts – (back to back for 2 different procedures) & if I knew how far Burnsville was, then she “didn’t feel bad for me”… etc. She continued to “scold” me in a very unprofessional way & then finished our conversation with, “Well, honestly I don’t make any money on you when you purchase from Groupon/Living Social. I cannot accommodate you because (I don’t care about your time) basically & you are not spending enough money for me to make money. (Mind you I already spent HUNDREDS of dollars) Well, maybe you should NOT promote yourself on Groupon/Living Social then? When you find somewhere you like, that’s when you spend lots of money. I didn’t like your location at all! Her approach was VERY distasteful. I will NEVER be coming back. I will take my business and my money elsewhere!

A few months ago I bought a package of 6 treatments of lipo, cavitation, and therma. Kind of expensive, so disappointed that it did not work at all for me, and some of the machines didn’t work well, I complained two times at the front desk, but the lady there didn’t really care…..Save your money and your time.
