I HIGHLY recommend Ciao Bella Salon for many reasons! First reason, on Sunday July 21, my husband and I arrived back from our honeymoon in Jamaica. It wasn’t until Tuesday the 23rd that I realized my hair was completely destroyed by the hot sun and salt water. Not wanting to wait very long for a cut, I called Ciao Bella thinking I could get something later in the week. Danielle was extremely thoughtful and offered for me to come down right away for a quick shampoo and cut. She paid very close attention to my hair, noticing that I needed at least 2 inches cut off and she gave me a beautiful layered look! Second and final reason, last night I arrived home after work and noticed a card from Ciao Bella salon. Unsure as to what it might be I opened it. It was a personalized Thank You card from Danielle herself. Written by her saying thank you as well as congratulating me on my new marriage. It was truly the most thoughtful thing and I will definitely be returning back VERY soon! 🙂

I have been a customer at Ciao Bella now for 5+ years and have many different services including hair cuts, blow outs, color, up-do’s, etc., all which have been fantastic from several of the stylists! Monika is great with all different types of hair and coloring, including specialty colors, and ombre coloring. Leslie is great with cuts and knows how to perfect a blow out. The receptionists are great and are willing to work with you to accommodate your schedule, and will accept ‘walk-ins’ when ever possible! Melissa, the owner, goes out of her way to accommodate and make every guest feel comfortable and satisfied. I have yet to try some of the other stylists but I have heard and seen nothing but positive feedback and happy customers. Prices are reasonable and much less expensive then the other salons in town. Overall such a great salon that I will continue to trust with my hair!

Prices are excellent and I always get a good haircut there. In the past 4 years, I’ve lived in long island, California, and Maryland, and always make sure to come to Ciao Bella when I’m in town visiting family. I have yet to find another hair place that does this good of a job for a reasonable price.

I went in for just a regular haircut at 5:15pm and didn’t end up leaving the salon til 7:45pm. Almost a 3 hour haircut and the girl cutting my hair seemed very “inexperienced” and young. She told me she was 18 years old. 3 hours for a haircut. It has never taken me more than 45 min to an hour to get my haircut at any other salon ever. Needless to say, I spoke to the owner of the salon the next day and told her about the 3 hour haircut and she didn’t seem to care at all about my time. Needless to say, I will not be going back there for any kind service. I will stick with my normal salon that I got to in town. And after speaking to the owner, Diana, the next day she left me with a very bad taste in my mouth and refused to credit me back half of my service or just the extra $20 charge it cost me to get my hair dried there…. My blow out never happened… I left with wavy hair just like i went in with. Poor customer service in my opinion and not the way it should have been handled. Needless to say, I will not be recommending them for services.

I was treated like a friend as soon as I stepped in. Monika’s color techniques are perfect. She’s extremely talented. Melissa and Grace, shop owners are dolls. I was lucky enough to spend the whole day with these ladies, color and cut, and it felt like I was a teenager again. Exceptional service and product.
