so so so clean and the ladies were super nice! plexiglass at the pedicure and manicure stations and a temperature check when you walk in. first pedicure after covid. i felt very safe and my nails look great!

When you first arrive, you must wait outside until one of the technicians lets you in, then your temperature is taken, and as long as it’s normal you’re welcome to stay. Customers are asked to then proceed wash their hands, use a hand sanitizer and pick your color. Of course, the technicians and customers all wear masks. I felt entirely safe while I was there. It was wonderful to be back at Ciao Bella and be pampered – even with a mask. My nails look beautiful! So happy to be getting my nails done again!! The virus has changed the way we live, for sure. I was so impressed with the safety measures that Ciao Bella has put in place. Masks and ensuring customers are properly socially distanced, of course…but they also put in place temperature checks, plexiglass screens, even at the pedicure chairs! New files and buffers are used for each customer..NEVER reused! Salon is VERY CLEAN. If you are nervous to go back into the salon, let me put your mind at ease. Ciao Bella puts our safety first from the moment you step into the salon.
