Ciao Bella continues to impress with excellent lash service that last for a really long time! I wore them after my wedding and swam every day in the ocean, and I had several people ask me about them because they looked so natural and wispy even after a couple weeks. Ciao Bella has been my go to salon since 2021. Dominique is incredible and calm, and I always fall asleep 🙂 She’s also very helpful and always listens to my requests. I’ve tried 3 other salons with differing success in the Bay Area before settling on Ciao Bella, and now my friends come here too. The lashes look so natural and beautiful, and you can count on the long lasting quality.

Professional and courteous staff. Salon has a spa-like vibe to it with the calming music. Being able to book appointments online is clutch. They offer 6AM appointments to accommodate their clients before work.

Not worth the money and tip we spent, not a very good experience for our first time. We booked appointments online And were seen by somebody totally different well the person we booked with was also they are doing other clients. My lashes begin to fall out the very next day I called they offered to replace them I couldn’t make that appointment and I haven’t gone back only because they continue to fall out I don’t think this is supposed to happen. And I don’t really have the time to be going back every other day I lose 5 to 6 lashes daily, Again not worth the money we paid and not the experience we expected, so disappointed

I have eyebrow tattoo that I wanted to cover. Call Victoria she said $780 for Nano brows. I went in, I paid. When done, all she did was went over my old tattoo that I already had. I thought in the healing process the afterward would look like Nano brows. Very unperfessional and I feel she ripped me off.

This is a fantastic place, well run, professional and has a spa like ambiance. I have been by a few times for the Umi Lash lift which is incredible. I’ve moved away and can’t find anyone as competent or as friendly as Ciao in my new town. I will be booking an apt. for when I can come back and visit the area that’s how much I appreciate this place!!.

I would not recommend this place. First I had my appointment rescheduled once; which was fine. Then after rescheduling and after several confirmations through texts, I show up and ended up waiting for 45 minutes and Dominique never showed up. I called and texted hoping they would still show up late but they didn’t even have the decency to call me back at-least to apologize.
