Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI’ve been patronizing this business for 3yrs now and their customer service has gone down the drain! They constantly rushing services and or over booked in terms of appointments. They use to offer you the lite refreshments ,now it’s like you have to ask and if so your looked at funny! Meanwhile their prices have skyrocketed a full set with gel polish 50 dollars, 30 dollars for a basic pedicure with regular polish! I’ve been patronizing this business for 3yrs now and their customer service has gone down the drain! They constantly rushing services and or over booked in terms of appointments. They use to offer you the lite refreshments ,now it’s like you have to ask and if so your looked at funny! Meanwhile their prices have skyrocketed a full set with gel polish 50 dollars, 30 dollars for a basic pedicure with regular polish! Lord know they are clean but that should be the standard for any nail salon, that’s the only thing I can’t take from them but besides that way too over priced!!

Critical: ProfessionalismWent in on a Sunday made an appointment. They were running late so I waited approximately one hour for service. Leon then shoved a bowl on my lap full of acetone. When I told him it was too strong he yelled at me. Although, Vicky has always provided courteous service I will not be back.

Critical: Cleanliness, QualityThis place is terrible. I went with a friend of mine and the lady Vicky messed me up so bad. She cut me up, made me bleed and rushed the service….my nails were all bubbled and uneven. I asked Vicky to do a design and it looked HORRIBLE!!! So When I was there I asked her to fix it and she did but even her fixing it she rushed it and my nails startes to chip three days later because of how bad/poor the quailty is. The place is dirty as hell and they neglect to wipe stuff down after other clients. With the pandemic this place is unsafe and very unsanitary. I wish I could get a refund because how much they charge is flat out sad and stupid for how the outcome looks.Services: Manicure, PedicureThis place is terrible.
