Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThis by far has been the most wonderful , anxiety calming Brazilian wax experience that I ever had. I had waxes done in the past , waxes hurt sooo much to me so I came in knowing what it would feel like. Being serviced by Chyna calmed my nerves as she talked me through my fear lol . She was such a breath of fresh air . Funny , professional , had lots of patience, very knowledgeable, nice, courteous and the list of compliments goes on .She made me feel very comfortable and welcomed . Her place was nice and clean . Absolutely no complaints. If I could give 10 stars I would ! Although I don’t think I would ever get used to waxing ,speaking with her during the process made it easy for me to forget about the pain .The process was also quick and the pain does stop after. So it’s not a pain that last the whole day or anything(don’t want to scare anyone plus my pain tolerance is not the best lol). But overall good job Chyna , you now have a loyal client ! I had waxes done in the past , waxes hurt sooo much to me so I came in knowing what it would feel like. Being serviced by Chyna calmed my nerves as she talked me through my fear lol .
