My hair looks beautiful but to sit in a chair for 6 hours and at first 2 people was doing my hair, then a 3 person came to help and to pay $280 for that is why I give 1 star, the second star is because I complained and got ONLY $20 Back. Sorry my time is money and that was a waste of money and time, 1st and last time. {Response} my hair was taken out and washed in 30-45 minutes (and I’m being nice about that time frame) it still doesn’t explain me sitting in your chair for 5 hours Mrs. Owner & now you get one star because my hair style doesn’t take 5 hours to do with 3 people in one head until it’s micros and I’ve added pictures so the people can see what took 5 hours to do.

I asked for BOX braids and was giving regular. I thought box meant the parts in your hair looks like a box, I was told I should have said square–square box isn’t it the same thing? So I thought. I was charged 250$ which was over priced because I brought my own hair.The rat tail comb on my hair was dropped and not cleaned I believe. My left over hair was just put in a bag and not knotted, it can’t be used. My hair was not blown out before braiding and she kept pulling my hair because it was nappy. I’m not sure if I’ll return at this point. The ladies are polite, decent shop. To the owner I’ve talked to several braiders and they all said box and square are the SAME SHAME ON YOU

I got long kinky twists done and they came out amazing. Chrystal was fast, attentive to whatever I wanted done and the results were better than I imagined. The shop was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. I plan to go back in the future for sure!

Finally I have found a salon that does exactly what I want! Got Senegalese crochet and they did an amazing job. Love my braids! The ladies are super lovely, their salon is so big clean and comfortable. As African salon I was impressed that I didnt wait an eternity before my hair was done. I got there, I was served immediately and was done in timely manner which is extremely rare in especially African Salons. The best part is the peace and quiet and the professionalism of the ladies. I cannot stand salons that are noisey gossipy busy and people walking in and out like a supermarket so this place was exactly wat I wanted and very pleased with the result. Definetly recommend for all your braiding needs. Thanks ladies!
