Oh my gosh! Jose at Chrysalis is amazing! Having a bad back, I need someone who knows their business. Mr. Jose did me a miracle far as I’m concerned! Nice clean very inviting environment. We were looking forward to having the couples retreat. Walked into the central location and it’s was very noisy and felt old. The lady told us to go into a room and change then to go sit in a waiting area which we didn’t know where it was. The changing room was old and dirty. Then we sat in the waiting room with no instructions. Soon a lady came and got us and showed us to our couples tub. That was a joke. No dimmed relaxing lights, zen music or zen feeling, the tub was a triangular bath run with some jets. No mineral treatment or relaxing oils in the water. Just straight out of the tap hot water. Once done (20 minutes) we went back to the waiting room. Then our 2 masseuses told us to follow them to the couples massage room. The massages were okay. The oil/lotion used was not warm. After 50 min we got dressed and went to pay. They told us the total and I paid. Didn’t ask how we liked any of it. You can’t review on their Facebook page or I would have. We won’t be back and we were here on vacation.

We got there early and had he butterfly package. The tub water was cold and like it had been sitting there a while. Our massages were good. They came and got me for my facial and told my husband someone would come get him. He was sitting there for 15 min before he went up to the counter to ask. They told him to go back and he did. One of the people that had been at the counter came and got him. No apology and he was out of his facial before I was done with mine. Again no apology. Save yourself the money. This was not the relaxing spa day we had hoped for.

Not great for $85. My massage was not very good. It was very soft. Not a lot of massaging going on. It also seemed that there was a lot of time in between where I was not being massaged. Lots of getting hot rocks in and out of a container and moving towels around. Do not recommend

I booked the Blue Butterfly package for my boyfriend and me, a 4.5 hour immersive spa experience. Starting with a relaxing hot salt soak, we moved to one of the best massages I have ever had. The therapist honed in on my problem areas, and made me melt into the table. After a delicious hand prepared lunch, we both enjoyed relaxing facials. Then to the manicure pedicure. I wish I had better things to say about this part of our experience. The facilities were sub par to a dedicated nail salon and the technician seemed disgruntled about being there. Upon sitting in the pedicure station for my service, the technician asked if I was an “entertainer” because of my tattoos. This offended me a great deal based on her implication. After a mediocre pedicure, the technician working on both my boyfriend and I suggested we skip the manicure to save all of our time. At this point, I couldn’t agree with her more and they credited us the service upon check out. I wish this was a 5 star review. Unfortunately, the nail service was the pitiful finale to our half day immersive spa experience. Highly recommend Chrysalis Day Spa for everything else, but save yourself and get a mani pedi elsewhere.

Massage therapist Courtney Blair is great! I got an amazing hot stone massage from her this evening. I was a bit hesitant at first as the receptionist wasn’t finding our reservation initially and there was an empty glass of wine sitting in the waiting room, but my massage from Courtney was excellent. I’m from Florida or I would see her again for a massage!
