How do I begin this review…um…Roger @ Chrome is ah-mazing!!!!! He is an artist and really cares about keeping up with the proper product for every type of hair. Melinda is just as awesome!!! They are a dynamic duo and both keep up with the latest color and cutting techniques. If you want to look and feel fabulous, then you owe it to yourself to book an appointment with Roger or Melinda @Chrome. I just got my hair done and my hair is on point. Love my hair!!!

Roger is awesome! He really listens but is also able to think creatively and come up with the best way to work with what I have. I’ve consistently gotten compliments on my hair since I started coming here earlier this year, including from total strangers and hair stylists. (I’m a platinum pixie cut with some occasional pink tones.)

I receive frequent compliments for my hair and people always want to know what color my hair is so they can copy it. Roger is so cool, he has taken my dark gold and Orange hair to a beautiful blonde! Extensions he’s done have changed my life. I’m super grateful because he is priced reasonably and is extremely affordable for Los Angeles. I’ve paid several hundred dollars with other artists and had bad results. Roger is a hidden gem.

I went here a few times for highlights. The last and final time I went completely ruined my hair. I had to get it redone somewhere else a week later due to it being orange. The color was atrocious. Love this place!!! The staff is so amazing and talented. Since the minute you walk in you are received by the nicest staff and super chic decor. Super professional staff!!! First time going to this place I wanted to have my hair colored to match a hair piece I was going to wear to celebrate my 20th anniversary.brought it in to Melinda , told her exactly what I wanted it was supposed to be a warm golden dark blonde and she dyed it red, then tried to fix it with highlights that turned ashy don’t know what happen but tried contacting her ,she never called me back(that’s rude) or apologized but then her husband roger contacted me ,who wasn’t there or even knows what the color looked like offered to fix my color doesn’t help when I needed it done right the first time I wouldn’t even be giving this review but I’m so irritated with there response and lack of compassion or responsibility for not giving what I paid for they didn’t seem to care or even bother calling me I guess they got there money that’s a all that matter now my hair is an awful faded color
