Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have been coming to Chroma Hair lounge for almost a year. I moved to NC and was in desperate need of a salon. I have been seeing Annie for almost a year and I have nothing but amazing things to say about her! She is one of the sweetest people I have ever met. She is down to earth, great conversation,professional and best of all she listens to the needs and wnats that you explain to her. She offers her honest opinions and suggestions and makes your vision come to life. I’ve had some really good hair stylists but I have never had a GREAT one until I met Annie! I’m so happy that I found this salon which is super cute professional and overall nice atmosphere but im even more thankful to have found Annie! I have been coming to Chroma Hair lounge for almost a year. I moved to NC and was in desperate need of a salon. I have been seeing Annie for almost a year and I have nothing but amazing things to say about her! She is one of the sweetest people I have ever met. Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI made an appointment because of the outstanding google reviews. However my stylist wasn’t there when I arrived. After 20 minutes I requested an update so they called my stylist who didn’t know about my appointment. So after taking the afternoon off do get my hair done, I walked out with nothing except disappointment!
