Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI was happy to meet a new stylist and made an appointment for 2 pm with Hanna. I was in the area early, so I stopped at about 12:45 to check in. A lady at the desk confirmed it was 2. I returned at 1:45. The shop is one small room with waiting and stylist all in the same open room. I was seated about 20 feet from Hanna’s chair, and everyone can see everyone else in the shop.At 2:30- 30 minutes late-and after I had sat looking at everyone for 45 minutes——No one had indicted she was running behindNo one smiledNo one acknowledged my presence in any manner.Being that late is bad enough but the rudeness and lack of consideration made it evident my business was not wanted or appreciated.I was happy to meet a new stylist and made an appointment for 2 pm with Hanna. I was happy to meet a new stylist and made an appointment for 2 pm with Hanna. I was in the area early, so I stopped at about 12:45 to check in. A lady at the desk confirmed it was 2. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI was supposed to have an appointment with Kristen almost 2 weeks ago. She had something come up and asked if she could reschedule and I had no problem at all with that. I was told someone would text me in the next day or two with a new time, I never heard from anyone, and after 2 weeks and calling their displayed business phone number 5 times with no answer, I’m giving up. I was supposed to have an appointment with Kristen almost 2 weeks ago. She had something come up and asked if she could reschedule and I had no problem at all with that. I was told someone would text me in the next day or two with a new time, I never heard from anyone, and after 2 weeks and calling their displayed business phone number 5 times with no answer, I’m giving up.
