Critical: ProfessionalismI took my son to have his hair cut, it was a new place so of course he was a little scared. The woman made him sit on books that were SLIDING out from under him and when he continued to slide down she became impatient with my son and started aggressively buzzing his hair, digging into his head with these clippers so obviously he shrinked down and she continued to butcher my sons hair making comments about it turning out bad and uneven! When I told my child he should’ve sat on my lap, she AGGRESSIVLEY yanked my son off the chair and held onto his arm with a grip , I then told her not to do that and to let go of my son! Which she did not! I had to remove her hand from my sons arm!!! She then CLIPPED his ear TWICE even after he said she was hurting him!
