Christy and Renee were amazing! I hired them to do my bridal hair and makeup and the hair and makeup for my bridal party for my wedding. They were so easy to work with and communicate with. They were flexible and patient as we had to reschedule twice due to covid. The makeup was flawless and felt natural. My hair turned out exactly as I had imagined. I hired Christy & Co to do hair and makeup for my wedding this past June. Christy was very professional and a quick communicator throughout signing the contract and leading up to the day. Unfortunately Christy was not able to do our makeup on our wedding day, but she communicated with me about it immediately and was able to find a replacement makeup artest, Betsy, who she works with. Betsy did a fantastic job with our makeup, as did Renee with our hair. I have never felt so beautiful in my life thanks to the two of them.

As someone who wears minimal make-up, I barely gave her any direction and somehow she still figured out exactly what I wanted and made it happen. They also did both hair and makeup for my bridesmaids, mother of the bride (added in my aunt!) and the mother of the groom. They showed up right on time and got right down to business. My bridal party and mother’s all had their hair and makeup done by Christy & Co. for our fall wedding. Booking was so easy with Christy and she made sure to be thorough and allowed plenty of time in the schedule. My trial was about one month prior to my wedding and Betsy and Renee were awesome to work with. I showed them photos of hair and makeup styles that I liked and we went through each photo to figure out what exactly it was that I liked in each photo to create the best look for me. I really appreciated the fact that we talked about each photo to make a plan instead of them just going and recreating each look. On the day of our wedding, we had Betsy, Renee and one other makeup artist to get 11 of us ready. In all the other weddings I’ve been in, these ladies were hands down the most fun to be around, they were so nice, and most importantly listened to what everyone wanted and worked quickly but efficiently. Everyone was happy with their look and we finished ahead of schedule, which helped me relax! I would recommend booking with Christy & Co. for your wedding and you will not be disappointed!

Critical: Quality, ValueLet me start off by saying my trial was amazing. I was so excited that everything looked wonderful and it held up so nice!! Then my wedding day came. My make up came out great and it held up so well. Christy did an amazing job. I had a few complaints for people who did not have Christy but had another artist. The make up was clumpy and darker then they would like. My hair….. did not hold up at all and I was so disappointed!!! Looking at pictures I can see just how much it was all falling out. I have naturally curly/wavy hair and I even asked her to make the curls a little tighter so it would hold better. I had many complaints about hair and we ended up needing to find time to curl our hair again. 4 of us had this issue out of 7. Over all I would not recommend for hair. Which I am finding very difficult to write. Because the trial was so amazing. I felt like they were rushed to get us done and out the door (I had even asked if we should start earlier) because we had to re-curl our hair the rest of the timeline was falling out of place. I would like to start by saying that Chrisy is amazing! We had her company for my sister’s wedding and I was so impressed with how well the makeup came out. I decided for my wedding that I would be doing the same. Christy emailed me with information and sent over the contract in a timely manner. I would like everyone to know that she is very accommodating and is willing to help you in any way she can. My wedding was taking a turn for the worst when my hairdresser informed me she could not due my hair. I was devastated and I was in a panic. My wedding was in April and I only had 3 months to find someone new. I emailed Christy about this issue and she got back to me that DAY!!! Unfortunately, my family convinced me to go with someone else. I took that route and a week before my wedding my new hairdresser had an emergency and could not do my hair. This was the worst news! I then emailed Christy again and she managed to find one of her workers to come and help! I couldn’t believe it.

My son was married 6/28/19 in Woodstock CT. We were all staying in a hotel in Southbridge MA. Christy from Christy and Co actually did makeup for myself , my 58 yo sister and my 88 yo mother.She came to Finally Lisas Salon in Southbridge where we were having our hair done, also a perfect experience. She was an amazing makeup artist. She listened to everything we requested. She quietly worked her magic on all three of us. We all looked natural and beautiful. I would highly recommend Christy. It was a completely stress free positive experience.
