I really enjoyed my experience at this hair salon and I definitely will be going back. I was looking for a new place to get my hair cut because I’m from south FL and up here for college and going back and forth is exhausting. I had Rebecca as my stylist and I really love what she did with my hair. I went in for a trim and shaping and she did so so so well. She was also very friendly. Really clean salon and overall good experience and atmosphere.

Critical: ProfessionalismThey charged me $350 because of the “time” and called it a color correction. I also still tipped 20% or 25% so it was almost $440.The first picture in a white tshirt is what it looked like before I went to Christy and Co. The following 3 pictures were taken 3 days after Christy and Co did my hair. The last comparison picture is after my sweet amazing hairstylist Lizbeth fixed the mess they made. I just found her through a friend.I’m not one to normally complain but $350 is a lot to pay. Especially when I feel like they didn’t really “fix” anything. It kind of looked worse. Made appointment to get my hair washed and flat iron with a straighter. The gentleman I had the appointment with made me feel horrible, from the time I sat down for him to wash my hair, he started talking junk about my hair, he was extremely rude. Then he tells me in a very hatedul way. I’M NOT USING A STRAIGHTER ON YOUR HAIR REGARDLESS IF THAT’S WHAT YOUR PAYING FOR. He was absolutely horrible to me. Never again will I step foot back in this Salon. To be honest everyone was stuck up there. Way to high and terrible terrible service

Emailed them multiple times to set up an appointment and they were late in getting back to me and ghosted me essentially. I don’t know what the deal is but if they don’t want to communicate with me then most likely they don’t want to cut my hair.
