Ok first off had to get fixed what what do wrongly done to my hair. I’m so nervous stepping into the salon. I was shaking. This man comes up and starts talking to me about my hair asked questions about what I wanted. When he started to shampoo me for Karen to cut I asked his name he said Chris I asked the owner. Yes Chris himself. He asked me I am in good hands with Karen. Then Karen looked at pics with me and talked with me about what I wanted. Loved loved what Karen did and will be coming back. One reason the great way they made me feel from stay to finish. Especially for an owner to come out and talk with people and shampoo for his stylist impressed me. Cyall soon Michelle

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went to get two highlights in my hair! One pure white silver and brown highlights and cut! Chris said he couldn’t do the brown but could do the white silver and I had a bunch of pictures! It looks like white ice blond, Platinum or white like Santa’s Beard just white highlights! He messed it up and said he was sorry doing blond and gray wasn’t his thing he has someone else who does that! I asked if he sees white because I did not but he said yes! Looked in the car looked at home and it didn’t look good at all there’s no white! I had another appointment that my husband took off work early to watch the boys so I could get what I paid for done! Went and she was so nice but like when I was there I still didn’t see any change really! I thought maybe it’s the lighting but I got home and it’s still not white! I explained it silver White highlights and showed pictures! There’s really no change hardly in the white I wanted at all! There is no white silver highlights in it! She said it just needed more toner! My cusin has white silver and it’s beautiful! My hair does not at all have white! It looks like a gray ash I really don’t know what color this is! I believe i wasted my family hard earned money on hair that I was so excited to get but did not! I’m upset! Waste of money and time! I’m stuck with this hair color and what a waste of money! My wife has been to every well known salon in Cincinnati. She has never visited any of them twice. Today she came home from Christopher George Salon and absolutely raved about her experience. She allowed the stylist (Krista) to just do her thing. She looks fantastic and has already scheduled her next appointment. Keep up the good work!

Hey there ladies! I’m 19 years old and I’ve have Chris do my hair for like 10 years and has never failed me. Just recently I made a big change and I absolutely Love it. Not only does he always do good hair he is great to laugh and talk to and it’s an overall great experience. All the other ladies that work there are very nice too and are just as good as him when doing hair. Fabulous place with a good atmosphere between people and decor. Would definitely recommend to anyone man or female any age.
