Definitely just lost my business made a appointment at 12:30 on my lunch break with Christie and got here and she off doing whatever while her appointments r showing up poor business absolutely they don’t know how to run a true business and I finally after 40 min walked out between people there who didn’t have appointments were being done first along with people who did have appointments were later than me still were getting done before me now I know to never step foot in that God forsaken place

Poor service and slow! Christy told me I was next to have my haircut and it would be 15-20 minutes wait. I waited for 50 minutes with only one person in front of me and then she went on a smoke break for 15 minutes. Before she left on the smoke break, she told her friend that he was next and let him cut in front of me. At that point, I was out of time and left. The whole experience seemed odd and frustrating.
