I always come to this salon with my mom and my aunt and we used to love this place. My nails came out a disaster. I got a full set and the nail lady Anna was so rough and disrespectful. I have cuts all over my cuticles, I was bleeding and everything. Once I was done she threw my shoes at me. She has the worst attitude also. I also got a pedicure and its all ruined and i told her and she didnt even bother to fix it. She rushes everything. I used to love this place but never again. Im so disappointed.

Called to make an appointment for a pedicure, first one since having my baby. Was very excited to get my Spring toes done. Booked for 1130AM. Arrived for appointment on time, walked in and was told to grab a color (the usual). Sat on couch for about 5 minutes, no big deal. Called over to seat with water tub and was left for 25 more minutes to wait. In the meantime, a few more clients walked in asking if there was a wait and the staff said no and to pick a color. There were 3 other women waiting for nails, 2 with foil on their nails for the entire time I was waiting, holding them hostage. This being my hour lunch break I took my feet out of the tub dried off and left seeing as there was no way a staff member could see me int he next 10 to 15 minutes. The whole point of an appointment is to have service at that time (even 10 minutes later would have sufficed). If you’re busy, tell us, we will come back another time. Its ok to say no. I will not be going back to this salon and will find another in the area. Unless you have all day to wait even after making appointments, avoid this one.

Critical: QualityI have been here 3x. The first I got a pedicure and gel manicure and it was great. The second time just a pedicure and also great. If I were to base my review on these two experiences would have been highly rated.I recently went for a dip manicure (on sunday) and while she was manually filing my nails she caused me to bleed multiple times- 5 fingers to be exact. My fingers still hurt, a day later after putting neosporin on multiple times yesterday and today. Very disappointed and saddened by this experience. Sadly, I will drive further to a different salon as I’ve never had this happen there.I have been here 3x. The first I got a pedicure and gel manicure and it was great. I recently started getting acrylics done and they are very gentle with my nails. My acrylics look amazing even after several fills. Also, their prices are quite low for their high quality.

I’ve been going here for MONTHS. I’ve tried every single salon in the Milford/Franklin area and by far this is the best nail place. Great pedicures and I get the fill and shape I want every single time. I’ve walked out of nail salons before when they don’t so the job I ask and am paying for. They take their job here seriously and make sure you’re getting exactly what you want and that’s awesome! I recommend to everyone!

I’ve been going here for years and they do an incredible job on nails and pedicures. The owner Joe and his wife Jamie are just the best business people and run theirs beautifully. I’ve never been disappointed with any of there services and all the techs are friendly and do there job. Prices are great and the quality of the job!
