They were so professional and did an amazing job on my nails and all my bridesmaids. They were incredibly sweet and did exactly what we asked with everything. They were accommodating and helped us choose what we wanted. Also, for those with ticklish feet they were incredibly gentle during the pedicure and made sure to be gentle on areas that were ticklish. I went here to get my nails done for my wedding and they were amazing! They were so professional and did an amazing job on my nails and all my bridesmaids. They were incredibly sweet and did exactly what we asked with everything. They were accommodating and helped us choose what we wanted. Also, for those with ticklish feet they were incredibly gentle during the pedicure and made sure to be gentle on areas that were ticklish. Highly recommend, we will definitely be coming back!

Critical: ProfessionalismBrian was extremely rude to me today. After coming here for years, today he showed me such poor customer service it was very upsetting. His attitude toward me was unnecessary, and its a shame because there are some very good nail techs there… but because of my experience today I will not be back.Service: Gel manicures

Positive: Professionalism, Valuecame in with a group of 5 for a bachelorette party, all with manicures and pedicures. they took the time to make sure we all got the specific needs (i wanted tips, and couldn’t get it with a regular manicure, but offered a way to get tips with the dip powder). super sweet staff, one of the best pedicures of my entire life.Services: Pedicure, Manicure, Acrylic nails

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityBooked an appointment online, which got confirmed (two days before the actual appointment). When i arrived i got told that they were running 15min late, not a problem. Waited for 15min, then an additional 15min. No one talked to me or informed me that the wait time was longer than the 15min nor did they offered me anything (water) during my wait. I gave up and left after a total wait time of 30min.
