I was gifted with a 1 hour massage gift certificate from my son for my birthday. My family recently moved into a new home and with all the work I was really looking forward to a massage. I scheduled it and with the disorganization a move can cause lost the paper I’d written the time down. When I realized I was about to miss the appointment I called and apologized and tried to reschedule. I wasn’t able to reschedule with the person I called. The next day I called to reschedule and was told that my gift certificate was now worth half it’s value. I could understand if I was in a habit of making appointments and then not showing up but this was my first time there. I would have possibly been a repeat client but there’s no way I’d give the spa any business now. I’d be careful about purchasing gift certificates from them as they expire and seem to be a way to make money with no service.

Best massage in Burlington. I have a stressful job and fairly labor intensive, so I’m sore most days. I’ve been to multiple places and have never really left feeling much better until I went to Christine Valmys. The ambiance and tranquil setting had me relaxed enough that I fell asleep during my session. I was so impressed that I bought 3 gift cards to give out at Christmas and booked 4 more sessions for my self.

I would recommend everyone going to see Miss Ann! She is amazing. I see her monthly. Before I went to her I use to have daily headaches because of my neck muscles being so tight. Now I do have to worry about it! She is Very knowledgeable in her field and is always kind.

I could not live without Ann. Once a month neck and shoulder massage keeps me at my computer! She knows right where I need the most help and I always leave feeling better and knot free. Twice a year I get an hour to get everything aligned. The prices are great here for what you get, when I go I don’t need a backrub…..I need deep tissue work and that is what I get. Love this place and HIGHLY RECOMMEND, <3
