Critical: QualityFirst time coming in to get pedicure and manicure. Arrived at 11. It’s 12:10 and she’s still working on my pedicure. She also clipped me and said I was bleeding so long because my blood is thin. No ma’am!! I’m bleeding because you clipped my skin! Over an hour and still need to get nails done. First and last time here!
