This is the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten. I came in and asked to cut one inch off and we agreed to do some long layers. At one point I told her to stop cutting but she asked me to trust her, this is the result. I didn’t notice at first because of how it was styled, but when I got home and styled it how I normally do I realized how poor the haircut was done. Not only is it choppy and uneven but the left side of my hair is about an inch and a half longer than the right side. The front was cut almost to my cheekbone. They are not giving me a refund and although they did offer to fix it, I feel too uncomfortable to have them touch my hair again. This is not just not listening to your client, this is clearly a poor haircut that is going to take me 3-4 years to recover.

This has been, hands down, the BEST hair color I’ve ever had, and I’ve been coloring my hair off and on for a while now. Christina takes the time and has the skills to complete true hair magic. I would consider myself lucky to have found myself at her salon. Christina is a master. Really enjoyed my visit with her! First time at this salon, I am really impressed with the atmosphere and the service. Having moved from Orange County and leaving my habitual stylist and aesthetician, I did a lot of research to find a promising salon and I am so glad that I booked an appointment here. I was first seen by Trudy for my first brow lamination, I couldn’t be happier with the results and the whole process was so comfortable and relaxing, Trudy walked me through the process and her room was very cute and clean, she was so knowledgeable and made me feel so at ease. Next I got a hair cut with Naz. She gave my dull, overgrown, and dry hair, the life and shape I dreamed of! I left a new woman, feeling refreshed and beautiful! I will definitely be back!

This is a very pretty salon with great products and a really lovely staff. I am so happy with my hair- and it was awful when I went in. Gohar is wonderful- she gave me excellent suggestions when I wasn’t sure what to do with my color, and she turned my terrible brassy hair into a natural looking golden blonde. She also cut the exact amount I requested and gave me a complimentary conditioning treatment. Best hair salon in SCV, and I think I tried them all before I found it.

The salon was fairly busy when I visited them for the first time. I had my haircut appointment with Gohar. Initially she was on the phone via her AirPods and I found that to be unprofessional. However, after about 10-12 minutes she was off the phone and then she was pleasant to work with. I was pleased with my haircut as well as style. I certainly will be back with this salon, and will give Gohar another chance to see if I can claim her as my go-to hair stylist.

Staff were very friendly. I was willing to spend $$$ to get my hairstyle and color fixed. It had been awhile. I was there for almost 4 hours and the $$$ went to $$$$. It’s not uncommon for me to spend $200+ on hairstyle and color services but I was shocked when my bill was almost $300. Christina seemed very knowledgable and the atmosphere is relaxed but when I paid my bill, I was alarmed. My fault, probably, for not inquiring about each process. But I never want to ‘appear’ cheap, and just went with it. When I left, I have to say my hair looked great! Even my husband noticed it! But, by the next morning, you would never have known that I spent that $$$$.

Christina is a master stylist! Always love my color, cut, & blowdry. I’ve seen many people that have her blowdry once or twice a week. She’s that good! It’s an upscale atmosphere that’s not too pricy. She’s worth way more. I think I’ve been coming to her for about 5 years and will continue to.
